Not giving car after taking advance payment for booking

We had paid advance amount of Rs 10000 to block the price so that we could get the advertised discount before 21st Dec for Hyundai i10 Magna. We have a signed paper blocking our price and the accessories that we will be getting with the car. Now the dealership is conveniently saying Hyundai doesn't have Magna i10 automatic cars in stock and that their order was not accepted. Also they claim that we will have to buy only an 2010 car which is around Rs 20000 more. If I wanted to buy a 2010 car then I wouldn't have come on Dec 19th I would have waited till Jan to buy the 2010 car.
They have been giving us the run around now they are point black refusing or saying that the you either take the 2010 car or take back your money (now that the discounted price is off the market)
Totally unprofessional behaviour and really bad service. They are making us pay for a mistake their people made. They are blaming one salesman on it when I had met up to the manager before giving the advance payment.
