I seriously regret to say but I am forced to say that if you people are unable to provide a proper & quality oriented service, kindly quit the automobile service industry.

I have given my car for service at the end week of june for a regular service & at the service they found some problem with the alternator and I have asked them to fix it if necessary, even after spending Rs. 8, 9000/- for the service my car is more worse in performance after receiving from the service.

I just want to bring few issues to your notice thru mail

There is no proper communication between the service advisor and the service men

(where as I have installed a heat reduction sticker inside the windshield and informed Mr. Srikant the advisor to handle with care and not suppose to stick any sticker from inside, even on top of my intimation they have pasted a sticker and later he advice me to come after some time so that he will remove the sticker.)

I have asked him to fix the bulbs which is reflects for the AC regulators… and while fixing it the AC switch light has become non-working, for which he again asked me to come and get fixed when I find time.

After 12days from my car service, my car was totally breakdown and been bought to service station, where they say that there is a problem in the alternator which they have recently fixed, and since I have 6 months warranty, they will be replacing it.

For which they completely took 3 working days to fix and when I went to collect my car yesterday 8/7/10 around 4 PM, still there are unknown about the car and say that the battery is not yet come, once after I forced them to give to track then only these service men have started tracking.

Later as I mentioned about the sticker above, I have intimated the same to the service men to remove the sticker and handle it with care so that the heat reeducation sticker should not be damaged. On top of information they have damaged the sticker which cost me Rs.3500 to install, now who will take that responsibility to pay me for the damage happen?

There is small jerk in from the engine for every min.

Later the small AC bulb which is new is also not working for which they have charged me Rs.130/- for the bulb charges.

Now my car is totally in a bad shape, Who will respond me for my loss and I need the compensation for the same with the complete service provided, and I have sacrificed totally 6 working days for these service, so this time I am not ready to give my car on weekdays so I want it to be fixed on Saturday & Sunday.

I have total proof for the damages happen and I will take a experts certificate for the car and planning to file a complaint and also planning to take up this issue to media that how Hyundai service works.

I would kindly request you to respond me within 2 hours from the mail received or I will plan to escalate the same along with the mail to consumer.
