Delay delevery and mis behavou

Dear sir/madam,

I am very disappoint with K V gas service krishnanagar, Ahmedabad. I ahve booked my reffil before 15 days date was 15th dec 10 but till date I don't found reffil this is not first time but this is habbit since last 8 month we are facing. and This is not enough there staff behavour is very poor they don't ahve sence regarding reply to customer. When I was gone yesterday regarding inquiry for my reffil which was not came after 15 days ther some guy name was dinesh gave me very roudly answer and tell me if you need urgently than spend more money and go to the black market but if your need reffil from ourside we will send you as our convinience. So please sir please give me justice and issue me selender as on urgent basis and take strick action on dinesh.
