Bad Service

I own a maruti swift-VDI (KL-53B 5858), which i gave for service in your KVR thirurkad showroom on 17th of this month. The car was delivered back to me by evening on the same day. The next day there was huge sound coming from the vehicle when the vehicle was moving. I checked it with the near KVR dealers and they surprised me by saying that there was no oil in the gear box! The vehicle was transferred to the thirurkad service centre and was given a 10 day time for changing the bearings of the gear box which was damaged due to the negligence of one of their men.

I would like to get back my vehicle as soon as possible and also need a replacement vehicle for the mean time. And along with, also would need a guarantee from KVR, from any further problems with the gearbox regarding this issue. It is really upsetting, how careless the mechanics are handling with the vehicles coming for service.
