Complaint for reparining Bill

Dear sir,

I have send my white colour Ford fiesta Diesel car bearing Reg. No GJ1 HN 8595 for general service with complaint of gear. fordt Vehicle gare at your S.G Road service station but due to works in gerar box your they have send he vehicle at your narol service station on 6th january.

I have warranty of parts for this ca for 3 years. after reaching at narol of your servicemen Mr. Mayur has first given me estimate of Rs 20000. Next day he called me and said you have to give another Rs 27000 for susperior works. so total estimate was Rs 47000 without deducting warranty parts. Due to huge estimate immediately i told Mr. Mayur to do not do susperior works but he refused and told i have started the works. From 2 days vehicle lying idle at your work that and whatever he has given estimate for Rs 27000 after one hour only i request him to do not make any susperior works.

First of all if any estimate is going beyond Rs 10000 then you have to intimate me with parts and its cost by mail or fax. Now directly he raised the bill for which reparing was made i dont know. Just now i also came to know that gear box works not done completly. Vehicle was send at Narol for only Gear Box works. I really surprised by the attitude of your persons who has not clarify about estimate, warranty and even the major compliant of gear box was not done satisfactory. So how can i made payment for such a huge bill. So i have decided not to take delivery of vehicle without solving above matter immdiately. If such a heavy expenses are their than you must have to intimate me by mail or fax before starting the reparing works. I am not in a poistion to make payment of such a big amount without my knowledge and uncompleted works of Gear Box. You must have to deduct all major parts amount under warranty period. This car is just less than 3 year old than how i can bear such a big amount. So here i requesting you to see above matter very seriously and intimate me immediately.
