Delay in delievering of gas

Sir,

my consumer no. is 692121 . i book a cylinder on 16 jan. 2010

company delievered on 30 jan.2010 . i asked to the company why it was so late

mr. vineet not behave properly and he said '' karle jo karna hai hum to aise hi karenge ''

then i complaint to mr. tyagi owner of laxmi enterprises, vikaspuri

he did not give any adequate answer

please take a needful action against the laxmi enterprises
