Non delivery of HP Gas

Dear sir/madam,

This to inform you that I the Qureshi Nisar Ahmad consumer of your HP Gas

With a consumer no. 615819 has booked the cyllinder on 23.04.10 But still we have not received the cyllinder.

We have also done many calls to them, but it was of no avail.

Everytime we call them they say we will dispatch tommorow.

But still we have not received the same. And this has created a lot of problem to us.

Moreover the lady siiting at the counter whose name is Rekha too is very arrogant & talk very roudly. We have almost made 50calls to them but left in a frustation only.

I am very much sure this guys are doing black by selling the same at higher rate & not providing to the consumer who have valid consumer no.

So I request you kindly look into the matter & take a strict action against them.
