Non-delivery of gas cylnde

Dear Sir / Madam,

We had booked for a gas cylinder on 13-Aug. Since then we are following up everyday on the telephone numbers provided for the gas cylinder delivery. But they just tell that the cylinder will be delivered in two days / four days / 10 days and so on. On 26-Aug they suddenly told me that my booking entry has not yet made! After 10 minutes of argument and providing all details they finally were able discover that yes the booking was already done. Since then I am being told that

"Yes you will receive the gas cylinder today itself."

But till today I have not received the gas cylinder. If I asked why there is a delay? or what is the problem in delivering the gas cylinder if booked in well advance time? or what is the problem? or why everyday you are telling that it will be delivered but actually no result, then they are not able to justify / explin the cause.

Please advice me what should I do.
