NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

My consumer no. is 12347 with Leela Gas Service, Jawahar Nagar, Delhi. I had booked a cyllinder on 04.06.2011 vide your reference no. 5456242 on your online service. Once the delivery boy came but at that time we are not at home. We told delivery boy next day to deliver the cylinder but he was saying that u have to book cylinder again but in your online service, it was showing pending. Daily I am calling the agency but they are not picking up phone. So, I request you to look into the matter immediately.
