No information on delivery or the entire material

I have paid this company 3000 on the date 10th April to deliver household goods to Mumbai. and they charged me more 4000 including insurance which i decided to pay at the time of delivery.and when i recieved the material.

I am following up with the company guys from last 4 days but they are not telling me where my material is? and moreover they are cutting down the calls. if i ask they say We dont know and cant say "where it is and where its not"

I feel they have dumped my material or it got damage or lost thatswhy they not even telling me a single bit thing. Please tell me what to do. My cell no. is 9167210729
