Luggage mishandled, demaged and Missing

Hello,

I had relocated my household luggage through Leo India Relocations Packers and Movers on 16 JUL from hyderabad to New Delhi. As I was not getting a house in Delhi I had opted for additional one month storage of the luggage on additional cost of Rs. 3500. On 13Sep2011 my lugguage was delivered to my new address @ Malviyanagar. I found that many boxes were open, some planstic items were broken, few crockery items were demaged, left side body of the frigde is demaged. Bike accessories like indicator lights, head light box, mudguard, light switch box, clutch wires are demaged. In addition to this my double bed head and lower parts (legs) are still missing with them.

It has been a very bad experience with this comp and their service and cutomer care. I am still following them up for the missing item or to refund the declared value for the item. Please do some thing from your end and also make other customers aware of this PM.
