Shifting of Household goods from Kolkata to Mumbai through Leonara Express Logistics

Dear Sir,
I shifted my goods from Kolkata to Mumbai through Leonara Express Logistics.
Packing was done on 07.01.2012 in kolkata and unpacking done on 18.01.2012.
They charged 48840 Rs.
Rs.24000 I made payment by cheque on 07.01.12 and rest by cash on 18.01.2012. Total number of goods shifted were 50 nos but when I received the goods on 18.01.2012 in Mumbai, I found 2 goods were missing of approx value 15000 Rs (1 carpet and brand new mixer grinder) and during unpacking number of clothes were damaged hence overall I experienced a damage of Rs.20000 (I've the complete list).
During unpacking they said that till I don't make the full payment they will not do the unpacking (it was like blackmailing), this was the time they started showing there true colours.
That day when I found that 2 of my cartoons were missing I complained to their owner Sunil Jangra and he mentioned that they will file the claim to the insurance company I'll be reimbursed maximum as possible.
But after that day whenever I use to call they never use to take my call or use to disconnect it.
Their executive Vinuta jain gave such a big assurances but the way I received my goods I've a strong doubt that shifting was not done in separate vehicle but was parted with some other customer's goods and then it has been sent to Mumbai (it was also confirmed unofficially by one of the unpackers of Leonara who came to do unpacking).
Rs.48840 was charged for a goods to be sent in a separate vehicle but I think they have not done.

When one day my wife called them from different number and warned them, they said that we can take any action and can go to consumer court.
Hence from this experience I have lost complete faith on packers & movers of India.
Hence kindly help me to get my damage reimbursement, I've a bill, quotation and the challan copies.
