Malda workshop cheated me

Sir,

my car WB66F - 0874 has been send to malda lexicon workshop on 25.05.2011 as because the car has some problems and repairs.the workshop manager told me that as your car condition is not good and it will take approx.one month to repair the problems with painting and bill will be approx.65000/-.and ur car age will increase by 3 yrs.after that they had given me delivery of the car on 02.08.2011 with a bill of rs.73000/- and they had not even changed my mobil & gear oil.beside this my wheel jack remain missing with my music system cabinet.malda lexicon workshop cheated me and they had lost my faith over them.the manager is telling me that why should i will change ur mobil & gear oil without ur permission but that idiot don't have common sense that a car in bad condition not only given for painting but also for servicing.otherwise why should i will spend money behind it.there is a bunch of theives&cheaters residing to cut customers pockets.what had they done with my car for approx.two months.
