24 * 7 PACKERS & MOVERS
NOT REFUNDING THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT

We shifted home form matunga (central) to sion and hired this company 24 * 7 Packers and Movers located at 505, Jay HInd CHS, Kandivli (east), Lokhandwala Township, Opposite Green Hills, Mumbai 101. at the end of the day of shifting it got late so the company told us that we should keep the boxes of the company with us as the luggage was not unpacked. they took a deposit of 500 rupees and said whenver we return the boxes we will be refunded the money. its been a month and i call them 2-3 times a day. They ask where am I calling from and keep asking same question daily and say ok we will send someone send someone but all this is lie. Till date nobody has come. After one call they do not even answer the calls. I hasve easily spent another additional 500 rupees on phones and messages. I have sent them address atleast 10 times. Looks like they will not refund my 500 rupees and will never come to colelct the boxes. has caused me and my family great inconveniece and trouble. their executives talk rudely and are very mannerless. I do not want any other innocent customer to be cheated like me by this fraud and bad organisation. i want by 500 deposit, plus calls money plus money for trouble caused by these people and want to teach tem a lesson to prevent them from fooling anybody else later. Thanks. please help me get my money back.
