Damaged goods

We travel on the 31 July from London Heathrow to Amristar flight No AI 112 we arrive at Amritsar 13.50 we had to pay customers on the tv for 10094/ rupees before we went to our home address in hoshairpurit was a LG Television 50 inchs which was damaged box and then we check the inside the tv in side screen was shatter. When we were travelling back home to England we brought the tv with us to take back with us but at Amristar airport manager said we had to pay for the weight for the tv and will charger us to bring it back home we travell flight no AI 111 on the 27 August but the tv was alreadly damaged we had to inform my insurance about the problem. We had to wait for somebody to came and collect it to take back to Hoshairpur because we was not lond to bring it back to london. I was travelling with five children and two adults we near missed our flight because off this problem i hope that you can help me with my problem.
