Unfriendly/Unprofessional Attitude after doing full payment

We had booked an i20 sportz on 30th August at Goa Hyundai Verna.
Rs 30000/- was paid as booking amount and balance Rs.7lakh+ was paid later.
The Car delivery promised by the Sales Manager is 10days max from the date of booking. I'd been following up with sales team
Regarding the car delivery and each sales consultant had a different reason... VERY STRANGE!!! ie. rain, in transit, payment partly received, system issue... so on.
Now Ten business days are over and there is no sign of my car...

Today I called the sales team again regarding the same and I'm told it will take 4 days more... GREAT!!!
And the conversation with the Sales Manager is worth mentioning... details below...

a) Commitment - His commitments are tentative. less than 10 equals greater than 10. Wow!!
b) Blame Game - In spite of me making the full payment, I’m told that the payment is partly received. Then he asks me for payment details all over again such as Acc No., date of payment etc instead of checking the same with his Accts dept.
c) Unprofessional - He cannot confirm the date of delivery, As per his argument, he doesn’t drive the Transit Delivery Truck.
d) Irresponsible - Rudely tells me, that he needs to check for details, and will return my call, which never happens.

I am sorry to say that this very unprofessional behavior is unacceptable in service industry.
A person at managerial level should act more proficient.
