Can't book the cylinder on phone, as phone is busy for days and days

This is to bring to the kind notice of the concerned person in Hindustan Pertoleum that I am finding it very difficult to book the cylinder on Phone, as the phone of the dealer of Bhandup West (Liberty Gas ) : nos 2594 8082, 2594 8197 is always busy from Morning till evening.

I cannot understand, how can both the phones be busy. What is the other option for booking the cylinder.

I am a senior citizen and I would request the concerned person to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against this dealer.

From last two days I am trying but without success.
