I had booked tickets from Mumbai to Bangkok on 14th August by AI330 vide ticket nos. 5332334190, 5332334191 and 5332334192 for my family and done the web check in on 12th August and got seat nos. 12D, 12E and 12F but when went to the counter for luggage and boarding pass I was issued 15E, 15F and 9F, How can the seat nos. change when we were already web checked in.
