Fault in self start

I have purchased lml vespa 4 stroke scooter in the month of nov from PANJAB auto LUDHIANA

in the name of Chetan Dawer having engine no E24B3102888, chasis no MD722EADUB3105008

but it's self start is not working from the date after 10 days of my purchase, the matter was brought into the notice of engineer of your dealer but the matter could not resolve due to some mechanical defects in engine as

it was informed by engineer of your Dealer. I have purchased the scooter only due to self starting facility,

but as self is not working my purpose of purchase the scooter defeated,

I, therefore, request to you please look into the matter and solve my problem at the earliest.
