Vibration in scooter handle

I purchased NV 4 stroke scooter from Chandigarh Auto Care SCO plot-103, Ind Area PH II . CHD. (Dealer Code: 6146) on 27.07.2011 with the following specification:

a) PID No: 2530166

b) Engine No: *E24*-*B3089585*

c) Chassis No: *MD722EAD2*-*B3089778* and 3 service has been completed but my verbal complaint for vibration in scooter handle is still to be resolved. Above noted dealer said every time that is nothing to worry. It is only air problem in wheels. I have chacked this suggestation at the time of fuel filling and there is no solution of my problem, I, therefore, request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible. immediately keeping in view my problem.
