Charging of penalty without fault

My Name is Shital Dhariwal. On 25th april i was travelling from vidhya vihar station to Thane station in central railway around 10.30 am. As per rules i have punched 7 rs ticket for second class at Vidhya vihar station but as CVM was not working so i sealed the coupons with rubber stamp on station.two 2rs and one 3rs coupon. When i alighted at thane station one ticket checker came and asked for ticket and when i showed the coupons he started saying that i have punched the 2 Rs coupon twice but it was not true as i have not punched it twice it was only the misunderstanding i have punched it twice because it was not clear at the first punch. They did not heard my single word took me to their department room 3 officers were their and no one was ready to hear anything they asked me to pay the penalty and when i asked that why i will pay as i m not in fault, they mentally harassed me a lot and behaved with me very badly and i gave them 250 rs. as i dont have a choice they all were forcing me and i was alone i cud not help it. I belong to a educated and affluent family and for 2rs. i wont do such kind of thing. Whenever i travel from local train taking it as my social responsibility i never board a train without ticket. This incident has embarrassed me a lot without my fault so i need your help for sorting it out. I have all the coupons and penalty slip with me that i can show as an evidence.
