Very bad customer service

Today in VST chennai I got an very worst experience.

1. When i asked to take my car for fourth service, They are not ready to take my car for service, saying there is an space issue and asking me to come on 3rd October.

2. I asked for Customer care no. they gave VST managers no and finally agreed to take and asked me to wait. I was there for 2 hours. no one responded. Finally i went and asked each person to attend.

3. I had a problem in right rear light not working they are saying that in all logan it comes in that way. after i was Teaching that this light (red light on both sides) should be on always when we go in night. then they agreed to check.

4. I said i have problem with AC getting lees cooling. They siad it will be charged 4500 rs for checking what was the problem. I have extended warranty which is waste. Will it be charged 4500 for just checking the problem.

5. Still now i am trying to call customer care no. 1800226006. I am not able to reache. getting it is busy. from morning i am trying to contact.

6. Totally i am not satisfied with the customer care in Logan. I went to many car service with my friends and i have seen the bill. Here they are trying to grap all the money.
