Pl refer my Logan diesel car registration no PY O2 E 9099 Date of purchase 23/8 invoice no MR 00200 Dtd 23/8 purchased at chennai. and the job order dated 11/8 at India garage chennai where the car is delivered for service.

The reported complaints item no 3 ie AC is not cooling and

Item 4 front left door rusted

ITEM 7 GEAR KNOB DAMAGED (MANUFACTURING DEFECT)

are not being taken care by your service center under the arguments that they are not covered by the warranty.

I differ with the above and request you to direct the service center to rectify the same since I have already taken the extended the warranty for the car.

In case if my complaint is not addressed properly I will be forced to approach the consumer court for justice.
