Very very Loud honking in residential areas

Residential areas in Bangalore like Coffee Board layout (After Hebbal - Kempapura Bangalore north) too are witnessing very very loud honking. There has been too much nuisance in this area due to very very loud shrill deafening horns especially used by Bikes. Bikes continue very loudly honking continuously and incessantly creating nuisance. Though this a residential area especially bikers continue honk very very loudly with shrill loud horn making all sorts of deafening sounds on bikes deafening our ears. Also some school vans are honking continously
