Non receipt of gas

Dear Sir,

My Gas No. 605360 which i have booked on 16th Jan is still not received by me till today 06/02/10. I am a customer of Tatini Sales Corp. I have called their office on 29th Jan asking for status of the gas for which they replied that I will receive on 1st or 2nd Feb. Again on 4th Feb I called up for the status of the gas they now replied that they have not received any slip for the delivery. I find this very strange and irrational. Please help n advise when I would receive the gas or do I think that they are waiting for the implementation of the price hike to earn the extra INR 100.00
