NOT SUPPLY REFILL UPTO 12 TO 15 DAY OF BOOKING THROU7GH IVRS

I am the consumer of Sunder Shyam Gass at A block janak puri New Delhi

Telephone no 011-25553988/25553990, Booked my refill through IVRS on 27th Feb. When reminded on they say your booking is on 5th of March. But did not receive the Re-fill till today 13 March. Same thing heappens every month Plz do some thing for the smooth functioning som that we can get

cylinder once a month at least.
