Taking extra charges for refilling gas & very poor services

Respected Sir,

I am belong from distt:- balrampur U.P. sir in our city the gas agency of bharat petroleum whose name is RAPTY GAS AGENCY is taking extra charges for cylinder refilling.

And also doing misbehavior to all custemer.
