DELAY IN DELIVERY

Dear sir,

I am Rajkumar Vishwakarma, my passbook no. is 3203.i have booked my cylinder 2 month before, but they didnot deliver it still now.when i went there he said to me that somebody has taken your cylinder.now what i do, its so pathetic.every time they do this type of activity and always late in delivery.
