Delay in delivery of cylinde

Sir, I am consumer of shanti indane sadh nagar palam colony-ph.01125056668.I always suffer due to delay in delivery of lpg gas cylinder. I had booked gas on 08 dec but I havenot received gas cylinder till date. I had contacted ioc also but they also didnt do any thing.please do the needfull.
