NONE REFILLING GAS CYLINDER

I ASHOK SHUKLA is a consumer (MY CONSUMER NO IS 4321) of LPG of the VIRAT ENTERPRISES. But the Virat Enterprises's services are very worst. It takes 7 days to deliver the cylinder. This time is booked vide no.15067196 ONLINE BOOKING dated 21.11.2011 but TILL DATE, I am unable to get my cylinder. No one is listening my request. I have already contact to Bharat Gas but my all efforts are in vain. If someone read it may please help me.
