LPG cooking gas cylinder
Non Delivery of refilled gas cylinde

I booked cylinder refilling on 1/1 on computer. Thereafter visited the agency - Agni Gas Agency- 13 Sukhram Chambers, N.H.No 8, Bapunagar-24 on 15/1. The office was closed. I contacted Mr. Krishnaji employee of the agency on his mobile no. 9898758343 and requested him for urgent delivery of refilled cylinder. My customer no. is 20032.I again contacted Mr. Krishnaji on his above mobile no. and repeated my request on 16/1. Till today cylinder is not supplied. This is happening for last 9months. The agency is not complying on facality of cylinder reffiling booking on computer. In past I brought this fact to the notice of grievance officer Mr. Sagara saheb on his telephone no 079-26422277 many times in past. pls do the needfull in the matter.
