No delivery of booked cylinde

Sir,

this is to state that i am a consumer of raghu gas aency gurgan with customer no R-20671. i have booked a cylinder on 21st jan with booking no. 8513 but the same has not been delieverd yet inspite of my daily visits. whenever i use to go there they say that the cylinder will be delievered tommorow but till date it has not been delievered.

we are facing a crucial problem regarding the cylinder as there is no refilled cylinder with us. This problem is not being faced for the first time but it has become a regular habit of raghu gas agency.they never deliver the refilled cylinder in time to thier customers but they use to give the cylinders to the unauthoried people who sells lpg cylinder in black.

kindly look into the matter and instruct your agency holder to deliver the cylinder immedietly as we are facing serious problem.
