LPG Cylinder Booking & Delivery

I am Kalyan Paul, Consumer No: 1832, M: 8972060933 presently posted at Sagardighi Thermal Power Project Township, Manigram, Sagardighi, Berhampur, Murshidabad - 742237. My LPG gas dealer BHAKAT INDANE, Sagardighi, M: 8926759291, Land: 03483268130.

I received Indane gas on 3rd week of December. After 21 days, on 2nd week of January, I booked for other cylinder. That booked cylinder I received on 8th February... After 26 to 28 days later. Now, on 15 th February, when I tried to discuss with them fof a cylinder booking, they cut the phone line and switched off the above mentioned phone numbers.

So, what happen? According to rule, I can again book a cylinder after 27 th February.

Complains:

Receiving gas cylinder gap between two is 47 to 50 days.

Booking gas cylinder gap between two is 45 to 47 days.

Please look after the matter.
