LPG Gas Delevery Delay

Abhish Gas agency alway delay to delever salender, there employ not support, When ever i book no for they book after 21 days and alwayes he told me waiting is long, but other agency not do this type of delay, after booking when i remember 3 or 4 times then he provide the selender, Please take action against him and kindly inform me, taken action.
