Parcel lost

We book one parcel from Our office Andheri to Aurangabad via parcel

no 210427196 dated 30/10.

on 02/11 we understand that the parcel has been lost by trackon (no idea to trackon were the parcel despatch even in their system also the above PO no. is not apperaing)

Besides helping me they were passing my call from one person to another.

we discussed with lot of higher person like Mr. Vinod nair (operation head) and the respond was very poor.

when our person visit to their office and meet mr. satyam (the person collected the courier) he promised to call me back and he never called and he was not even answering the my calls.

this is really a big shame for trackon courier service.
