Loot between Baksar & Arha (U.P)

I was travelling in POORVA EXP on 7th april from delhi to durgapur my pnr no.was 221-8187767, Coach No. B1 seat no.47 .At morning after varanasi has gone, the seat in which i was sleeping beside me my bag was also there with me which contains some important papers & cash & my personal mobile which has been been loot between bakshar & arha by unreserved passengers who r not allow to come in A.C coach without ticket when i saw where is my my bag i shouted but no one came??? after that i gone to coach B1 superatendent (I. Singh) he was sleeping as a drunker, after that in crying face i was searching the T.T (H.R Bharthi) when i found him he say me what will i do in a shouting manner nor he give the complain diary when i ask him that i want to write a complain. At last i want to say the main responsibility of the passenger is of T.T & superatendent which are iresponsible towards passenger. Then why will i go in AC if there is no security . my contact no :09002893597

this is long story I WILL SAY WHOLE RAILWAY IS IRESPONSIBLE, CARELESS.
