MANUFACTURING DEFECT & CUSTOMER CARE

We have purchased 2 nos of 49 seater LYNX nearly 10 days back and one tyre of each bus weared by 3" after running merely 500KM because of manufacturing defect as pointed by your dealer and a channel has to be cut to make no more damage WHICH MAY CAUSE DAMAGE IN FUTURE.The dealer, BHARAT MOTOR, BBSR promise to replace the tyre soon, which is yet to be materialised.so, the buses are running without stepin.what will we do, if one tyre of buses with students will be punctured on the way.kindly do any needful.
