Delay of gas cylinder refill

Dear Sir,

I have booked my gas cyclinder for refill on 31st December. My waiting list no is 7269. We have been calling them regularly for the status because we have only one cyclinder and till date they have not supplied the refill. Our cyclinder got over and we had to borrow from our neighbour. We called the agency today and the staff is very rude and they keep saying it will come tomorrow. Infact the delivery boys denmand extra money from us for the delivery. Would request you to kindly enquire why there is so much of lapse and the reasons for not delvering the cyclinder on time. Please note my consumer No 20926. Thanks Suma Rajesh
