Irreguler refilling of cylinders

I have got two cylinders. After receiving one refill they will not book for the second cyinder refill without the gap of minimum of 15-20 days. Once we book for refill they will take minimum of 30 - 40 days to supply the refill. If the first refill gets exhaust during this period we will have no gas for 10 - 15 days. This has happened many times. The worst part is the well connected will get the refill with in 2-3 days. And rubbing salt to the injury they are very rude to the consumers.

I am of the firm opinion that this particuler agency should be cancelled.
