MISSING PACKET

I had sent a packet from Indore to Mumbai through Madhur Courier Services on 30/8/10, but till date i.e.8/9/10, it has not reached the addressee. worse the landline numbers, viz, 022- 403217 17/18 are not even being attended to by them.

The number is also incorrectly stated as 109435656 on the receipt issued to me at Indore.

Nobody knows where the packet is and no one wants to help.

Is someone in Madhur Courier Services listening?

When will the addressee receive the packet? Her mobile number is also mentioned on it, yet why was it not delivered? How do I trust the Company again?
