Delay in delivery

Dear sir,

i have given my car no-HR 26 BD 5300 in magic auto sevice station (work shop) on wednesday, for replacement of bonut which was damaged in an accident. They told me that my car will be delivered by friday, but when i called them on saturday they did not pickup the number which is displayed on thier sticker for body and paint section. Then i called up the reception and they transfered my call to Mr Pradeep, who told me that due to some problem with the insurence guys now they need my orignal papers again.

And now its 5 days and they are not delivering my car to me, as they say that they have not recieved clearence from insurence (HDFC) company

Sir please help me in understanding that how much time they need two replace a simple bonut.
