Not attending the leakage of gas

Dear sir

This is regarding complaint i have booked on 21st june at 8.00am for leakage of gas cylinder in my residence of my consumer no. 629089 at manjunatha gas agency j.p nagar thir phase. i got reply that on phone taht he will be sending the person at about 11.00 am but nobody turned up till 4.00pm and they do not take as serious matter and this shows how much keen on giving service to the customers on such serious cases. You either change the agencies or terminate his gas agency.

Secondly i have booked the cylinder on 21st they told me that they are supplying on 22nd but no body turned up till 23rd 5.00pm. We can not wait always what time he supplies the cylinder for booked one. I am really very very unhappy to such service rendered by this gas agency. It is the high time either you change my connection from this agency to some other agency.

More over his mobile or telephone not reachable even if try to call 100 times

today again i have given mis call then the message you will get another two days. i have booked already on 21st at 4.30pm that day told me you will getting cylinder on 22nd. This kind of service not acceptable to me to waiting for cylinder recieve. i suggest better black list this agency why because he is not supplying on said date and simply wasting our time for waiting for cylinder.

Nest time i am going to consumer court for delay not supplying and not attending serious case like leakage.
