Not delivering properly and selling in black

I have booked the gas for refill on dec 04 if i call and ask for the gas to this agency they are telling to collect from the godown, if we go to the godown it is still not got the bill, they are playing like any thing, this gas agency Mahalakshmi Enterprises (Bharat Gas Agency), one more

i called them for the door delivery they are telling that, u dont have door delviery for that address, but my neighboor is getting the door delivery from the same agency, i dont understand the things going around my consumer no 53528.
