Their is no response whatsoever from the dealer and the car manufacturer. we have mailed them several times about the defective car but of no use. they know they have given a defective car and this is reason they are not responding. we have spend approx rs 100000/- for repair etc in 12 months of purchase. the ac compressor have been changed, the disc brakes, cluch, brake pads, lamps, 6 times tyres, horn all of them have been changed.and know the turbocharger . the worst thing is when the complaint is submitted they dont even know from where the vehicle was purchased, even though all the car details along with the c grade dealers name was mentioned. their regional manager SHAKEEL is a perfect shameless example of the company. IS THEIR SOMEONE WHO CAN GUIDE ME FOR FILING A CASE UNDER CONSUMER COURT AGAINST THIS COMPANY
