Failure on delivery comitment

I have booked Skoda Laura ambient e with Mahavir Auto Diagnostics Pvt .ltd in Hyderabad on 24th feb. At the time of booking the dealer promised me to give the car on 2nd march & they requested me to complete the payments before that. I paid full amount by 28th feb & they also raised the invoice also. but now they are not able to deliver my car which they say is lying at Vijaywada. Their G.M tell me that I should send my driver to vijaywada & pick it from there as he is having some transportation problem with his trucks.

As I insisted them to at least deliver the car tomorrow there is no commitment from their side.

I want my car by 3rd please register my complaint & reply at priority.
