Power st-rearing oil seal

We have purchased Bolero SLX no. MP 07 BA 0460 from Royal Automobiles, Gwalior (MP) in 2007. I have the following complaint against Royal Automobiles-

1) There is no proper service equipment available with Royal Automobiles like pressure lift always is not working

2) After washing there is no provision of Greasing at workshop

3) We have demand Power st-rearing oil seal in May and 15.12.2010 but they are not able to provide the oil seal till date.

Please let us know the benefit of authorized service station. We humbly request you please take the necessary action at the earliest.
