Herewith we are foursed to complaint against your Service dealer at Suchitra Automotive Ltd, Hyderabad.
We have given the vehicle (Scorpio AP 09 BZ 1962) for Gear Box repair under Warranty on Monday the 16.05.2011. We are being inquiring the status of the vehicle, but till date we have not provided with accurate information about the above said vehicle. So kindly we request you to take necessary action to release the vehicle as soon as possible.
