Ack wheel tyre crack within 10 days of purchase

Dear sir

I have purchased Mahendra Tractor 575 Boomi puthra from authorised dealer at Dharma puri at Tamil nadu. Within 10 days of purchase both the back back wheel tyre has lot of air crack. When i have complaint to the dealer, They are not giving any response to the customer, simply they are telling that these tyres are manufactured by apollo company mahendra will not take responsible for the same, Ihave called registered this complaint no.complaint no. IBTN17011211905 through call centre.

Can you help me to resolve my complaint. Since my product has failed within 10 days of purchase i am in deep mental agony. Kindly do the need full
