Zylo Service at India Garage, Velachery Chennai.

I need to bring to kind notice of Mahendra Motors that their dealer at Chennai India Garage is bringing disrepute to your organisation.

1. Wrong Commitments by there reception untrained reception staff.

2.Uncouth and rowdy service advisors.

3.Non co-operative Customer Care Manager.

4. In co-operative Works Manager.

5. Service Manager not intrested to listen to the customer

6. Very unhygeneic sitting Area.

7.Poor Work Area wherein there is each time you give your MV. for service it comes back with additional scratches

This is the state of a Privelage Customer... who has paid for extended warrenty for four years.

This Garage is intrested to sell you

a) Anti Corrosion Paint for Chasiss b) Polish contract from 3 M etc etc .. They do not care about the client as a person nor they care about the product.

Extremely disappointed with this dealer. Wish they are not part of your team.
