CAR RC not recieved & not serviced properly

I've purchased in exchange Mahinda Logan fro their Vasant Kunj outlet on 22nd dec but till now they've not provided car RC, I've lodgged complaint on their website also but no body is helping me, I've made visit to Vasant Kunj outlet every week but they are very unprofessional and procrastating it further. Also as promised in adeal document of repairing Gear box was not kept.
